Ok here is what happened..nephew was charged with OVI, possession, and speeding. paid the speeding fine. hired attorney..prose cuter said he was way over limit with drugs and alcohol. that was 5 months ago. now they want him to come back to Ohio do a 3 day rehab type thing and than go before judge. My nephew thinks nothing applys to him and is not planning on doing any of this..could somebody who has knowledge tell me what they will do to him?

They will issue a warrant , he will not be able to get employment. And if stopped by any law enforcement in any state he will be extradited to the state in which he was charged. If he attempted to get a license in any state he will be arrested on the spot. He will pay thousands in fines and do lots of jail time. Will be barred from military service, etc. All that for skipping court and a three day rehab.
