Today I called my ex only to find out what had happened a couple of hours earlier. She told me that her brother Brad had been fondling/sexual abusing her daughter who I consider my own. Alex, the little girl is the one that had told them this. I know it’s not a lie because of how detailed and descriptive she was, and also the fact that he is a registered sex offender. At this time they’re not calling the police because they’re afraid that Brad(the offender) will be killed in prison for being a pedophile. They’ve kicked him out and are going to pursue emergency custody but that’s certainly not enough punishment. He needs to be in prison – if he dies in there so be it. Someone please help me, I’m only 17, I dont know where or how to go about reporting it. I was thinking about calling the police but it seems like they wouldn’t act immediately .. All answers are welcome. Btw I’m a friend of the family for 10 years

Call the police and tell them what you know. They will investigate aggressively.

Listen. Just call the police if he already abuse a kid then he gonna do it again. So call the police
