Question by Mesiyah: How much time can you get with a Felony 5 2925.11(A) – 17R(323) Drug possession?
I’m thinking the only give supervised probation and/or rehab.
I know in my state they stop locking up drug addicts because the prisons were getting too full.
The state is Ohio

Depends on the State, the Judge, and the criminal. Anywhere from probation and monitoring, to 3-5 years.
