There are 21 essay topics for high school students who may not be in high school any longer. There are 79 more at the web site listed in the sources. I don’t believe a Yahooer Answer person would be able to grade the essay because they would not know the criteria used by the scoring company which is probably the designer of the GED. That would be the American Council on Education located in Washington, D.C.
There are GED test samples in every bookstore that can be used to practice the GED. They would cost about $ 25, however, one cannot be sure that the essay is among those test books. Sample GED tests are available from the local testing center in your area. There also is an outline of how to write an essay below.

Persuasion essays are like argument essays, but they can be little kinder and gentler. Argument essays require that you discuss and attack an alternate view, while persuasion essays can be less “in your face.” Some are more like attempts to convince the reader that you have a believable argument.
This list of topics may give you an idea that you can get excited about. Remember that you may argue the statement as it is written, or take the opposite view.

It won’t help him to learn to ride a bike if someone stands and tells him, “You keep falling over.” He needs a lot more than someone simply to take an essay and tell him what is wrong. He needs to learn how to do it correctly for himself. First, get him a grammar practice book with exercises and an answer key. A librarian or a clerk in a “brick and mortar” bookstore should be able to help you with this. Sit with him and go over the book so that he learns enough to know the grammar, spelling, and punctuation rules. At the same time, find him a real tutor. A college student looking to earn a few dollars, a graduate student, or a high school student who is doing well in English are all possible sources. It isn’t enough to simply mark the errors on an essay. The tutor must evaluate those errors, find out what rules your boyfriend is not following, help him become sensitive to when those rules apply, and give him additional practice. Those matters require time and effort. If you and your boyfriend put enough work into the project, he will, indeed, be successful.
