He is right though, I smoked crack for 3 years? But if you really do have to stop smoking something, a good way to start is to extinguish what ever it was that you were smoking, and then stop buying what ever it was that you were trying to get rid of. If you want to live without someone telling you what to do, do a tiny amount of research, and elect libertarians, and then do whatever has been legalized at that point. Just moderate yourself and don’t let your smoking and drinking dominate your life.?
