i was placed into a rehab treatment center not for drugs but for clinical depression when i was a minor could that hurt my chances? should i be honest when applying and going in for my interview?

Being honest may disqualify you, but probably not.

I don’t think that will show up, unless you were there for legal reasons (court ordered with a criminal record). They just don’t want people who are likely to divert drugs for illegal purposes, so certain criminal behavior could be a problem. What you are describing is a medical condition that should be covered by HIPPA, meaning a private matter(you might want to check on that with the program you were in). Good luck!
