Question by Guppy: Do the people who have drug problems get into trouble?
Isn’t possessing or being on certain drugs illegal? Then if you go to a drug rehabilitation center or such for using those drugs, wouldn’t you get into trouble?

Most of them don’t enter rehab until after they’re already in trouble.

possession and being under the influence is illegal. But it would be counter productive to arrest people who are trying to get help. Besides most people end up in rehab because they already got in trouble for using illegal drugs. you get arrested for DUI, or for theft to feed your drug habit, and the judge sends you to rehab.
