    You can get back on track after years of alcoholsim .I started drinking in my teens ,I am now 55 years old @ have been sober for 3-1/2 years .I? spent years going to AA meetings but to no avail.The one little thing that helped me alot is at [mental training & improving life skills

    you are completely right!! I have went through the DTs once and it was one of the scariest things Ive ever went through. I started seeing “bugs” crawling on the floors, kept hearing the phone ringing (which it wasnt), I couldnt? sleep, couldnt stop shaking, sweating. Couldnt eat a damn thing, felt VERY paranoid even in the basement of my house by myself. Everytime I would close my eyes I would see black and white movies behind my eyelids, etc. Since then, I have DRASTICALLY decreased my drinking.

    Yeah? I remember, gettin ready for a hell of week, just got off a two week binge. Those crazy awful horrid dreams, sweating in your sleep, skin feeling all tingly, and every little noise or movement scaring the sh!! out you.
