Not For You,
Yes, you are addicted to codeine. I advice that you, gradually, come off of this drug. If you don’t seem to be able to do it on your own go to Narconon. Narconon is the best rehab in the world, period.
I was an addict to drugs and alcohol for over 15 years and it was like a nightmare. Funny enough, it all started with a pain in the back. I discovered that drugs and alcohol made the pain temporarily “go away.” This is not the truth, the pain is there but you don’t feel it. The pain is a way to tell you that something is not right.
Maybe is best to see a doctor, or better yet, see a chiropractor first as these most times help you solve the reason for the pain without the use of drugs. A chiro helped me fix my back (and some light stretches and exercises).
Depression and feeling in the dump can be fixed with Dianetics but on the mean time you can do something about it by eating healthy, taking multivitamins with minerals (one a day), drink a glass of CalMag before bed. Do some exercise everyday (even if just 15 minutes), take a walk or go biking, or do something that keeps your attention outside not inside yourself. Find creative activities, painting, playing music, join a club, socialize, go dancing….you get the idea. Busy people are rarely depressed.
Check the Narconon website and see if you have all the symptoms, read about the detox, which helps with cravings and cleans you out. I felt really relaxed, fresh, happy when I finished the program.
There are many solutions that does not involve taking drugs or seeing a psych. Check them out.
