My dad is in jail/Rehab and he needs his license renewed. Anyway someone can do it for him…… Arkansas

Go to visit him, have him sign whatever needs signing and send the check. I would not volunteer any extra information to the board.

you might want to ask the licensing board. If I were to give you an answer, you have no way of knowing if I have any basis for the answer. Pick uo the stinking phone and call.
