I want to make it a law that those on welfare need to pass RANDOM urinalysis.
Who do I need to call? How do I do this?
Like another poster said… I have to be subjected to random testing at my work, they should be subject to random at their…well…. whatever it is the trash does.

As I posted previously. The drug addict is not about to go work so they will steal to support their habit.
California enrolls them in welfare which slows down the stealing and gives them a contact point to track and even counsel them. They have had some success getting people off drugs. However, more become addicted than quit.
interesting side note: The main pathway to female drug addiction is prescription drugs.

You need to call your local state leglislators in order to get them to work owards such a law. However, given that any such law would probably run foul of the constitution, it’s very unikely you will succeed in getting any support for this.
In your work, random drug testing is allowed because of a perceived safety issue. In the case of welfare recipients, there is no such argument to be made, so the testing would almost certainly be considered unreasonable search and seizure.
