I’m just asking because a neighbor of mine wants to take part in her sister’s treatment program. They’re really close and her being there might be able to help her sister.

I think there are drug rehabs that allow family members to join in on a few counseling and therapy sessions. In fact, research has shown that having a family member participate in the treatment program will strengthen the benefits of the treatment program as well as create a stronger bond between the family members. Just inquire at various drug rehabs whether they have a program that will allow a family member to join in. 🙂

Yes, there are some. She will just have to check it out. Whether she participates in the rehab or not the support will be a big help.
