Yes Suboxone (buprenorphine HCl) can be used to help treat opiod dependence – that is what the drug is primarily marketed for.

This is something usually done under medical supervision.

As a side note, I have a 21 yo cat that receives Buprenex (similar to Suboxone) twice a day for pain – buprenorphine HCl has many uses 🙂

no you should just take some more heroin… at least you’ll be supporting your addiction by supporting a citizen rather than the medical industry.
