Who do you think is the best Arkansas custody lawyer and why?
Also, In arkansas If someone is a drug felon, One felony for possesion of marijauna and another for paraphernelia and earlier in the same year got a mistimenor for possesion of marijauna, also he still is smoking pot, what do you think are his chances of getting visitation or joint custody? The mother is a good mother who can provide shelter, love, food and medical care if needed.
May I also note that this man had broken our joint custody order which I had origionally agreed upon and kidnapped my daughter for 4 months and hid her from me.

You should be thinking about the child first. A child without a complete family is not a well balanced child. It doesn’t matter how the parents live their life as long as the love for the child is there. In most cases the court will order rehab or some sort of counselling or supervised visits. Don’t let your hate or hurt take away the love a child deserves.
