Question by Sarah: what are the consequences of violating a PBJ?
I was charged with paraphernalia and sentenced one year pbj. It hasn’t been a whole year, and I received and an alcohol citation last night at a party. What should I expect on my court date? I was suppose to move and attend school in Florida by the end of the summer.

More details needed but It’s not about jail or community service. Even if you don’t get either one you’re likely to be found guilty of the original charge giving you a criminal record. You probably have no idea how much grief having a criminal record will cause you later in life.

you will have to serve your original sentence then time added on for you new charge might have to go to drug and alcohol rehab at your cost a hefty fine AND most of all CHANGE YOUR PLANS YOU ARE NOT GOING ANYWHERE
