A friend of mine can’t live without methampethamines. How do I step in this personal problem? I live near Portland, Oregon. Are there any government, cooperative or professional groups that would help me make a difference?

Might not be popular, but call the law and dont assist him. An addict wontwant to see his/her situation until they hit rock bottom.
