will the media coverage of Michael Vick and his dogfighting escapade urge you to push for more punishment of the average joes out there abusing animals? The penalties for animal abuse for the general public are not big ones. Maybe Michael Vick losing his job and going to jail will be the beginning of a new awareness – and a new demand for animal abusers of all income levels, races, ages, etc to be brought to more harsh justice. Would you back such laws? Why or why not?
